You can also go to Erie Brewing on 12th in between greengarden & weschler. They have 5 beers on tap in their tasting room. Railbender, Mad Anthonys, Presque Isle Pilsner, and Misery Bay IPA. The 5th one is always a seasonal. They fill growlers and you can also sample them if you’ve never had them.
Where’s the listing of beers for Raphaels? Oscar”s? Where IS Raphaels??
This is a page of only tap beers. If we had people that wanted to participate and add their micros on tap, I would gladly add them. I am not going to call every bar every week because that is too much of a burden. Currently the six pack shop and Brewerie have been kind enough to send out an updated e-mail each week with any changes or new beers they have added. Anyone willing to participate and send me theirs I would gladly put up because it would benefit so many in the region.
Now to answer your questions – Raphael’s is a great quiet bar at 8th and Chestnut and currently has very cheap drafts of Labatt Light, Guinness, and Stella Artois. We have done a couple reviews on them when we visit. They have recently added to their micro bottle list with Troegs, Victory and Dogfishhead and may be getting Flying Dog.
Oscars has such an extensive list of beers both on tap and in bottle. If I could get someone from Oscars to send me a list I would gladly keep their taps on here and up to date.
Thanks for the update! Next time I’m in Oscar’s—-I’ll suggest they send their brew list. Also, thanks for a great, informative website.Being new to the Erie area & love beer—this site has been wonderful. Can’t wait for the BeerFest!!

Thanks for being a great supporter of our site!

I will gladly go to Rapheals with Flying Dog and Southern Tier samples. Any tavern that will sell quality craft beers cannot turn down the best in the region. I will try to do a sampling session for Southern Tier there if possible. I will get in contact with them this week.
Sounds good, Mike!
