With a statements like:
“Here’s another recession-busting trend: smaller, independent craft brewers are doing even better than the industry as a whole. The Brewers Association reports that craft beers now account for more than 4 percent of U.S. beer sales,”
Kevin Flowers’ GoErie Article “Case studies: Beer sales pop in flat economy” brought up some very valid and interesting points to justify the need and want for beer – regardless of the times.
Furthermore, people who enjoy really good beer probably have a better escape (than those who soley focus on the less hearty beers) through the tantalizing multitude of flavors that craft and micro beers offer to the palette.
