Thanks to a kind fellow’s generosity at the Six Pack House of Beer – West, we got to sample Erie Brewing’s latest libation:
We cracked open the bottle, but even before we tasted it, we grabbed a six pack of it to take down to a party and share because 1) we knew it’d be good 2) the notion was seconded by someone’s willingness to share and Todd’s recommendation. So, off we went.
The beer is delightfully surprising in that it’s not overly loaded with the black cherry flavor that overcomes everything that a beer is, rather, it boasts a well-blended hint of black cherry in a overall beer taste. Quite refreshing and lovely for the summertime, no doubt. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had Erie Brewing’s Oatmeal Stout is delicious. I think it’s seasonal or rare but VERY GOOD.
