So we are getting closer to opening day (really really close). Equipment is being bought (more like ordered) and recipes are getting final tweaks. The Federal Government is the only thing that could delay our opening.

Pumpkin ale

We have a stable of beers that are perfected but we are opening our brewing with a pumpkin ale. We are brewing every weekend to refine this recipe. Here are some recent examples you may find interesting:
